How the Retrofit Kit Works
The retrofit set pairs two AXL Advanced Hook/Loop TUBES™ Adapters with an RTG TUBES™ Cummerbund. The adapters mount to your carrier's existing hook/loop front attachment points, converting them to accept First Spear TUBES™ buckles. Once installed, your carrier and cummerbund connect with a single thumb-press quick release — no tools, no carrier swap required.

The retrofit set works with any plate carrier that has a hook/loop front attachment (where you normally velcro a cummerbund). The AXL Advanced adapters mount to those hook/loop fields and give you TUBES™ front attachment. The cummerbund's hook/loop rear works with virtually any carrier.
No tools required. The Hook/Loop TUBES™ Adapters attach via hook/loop and are repositionable. Install them onto your carrier's front panels, then connect the cummerbund's male TUBES™ buckles for a secure quick-release connection.
