Return & Refund Policy

Shipping Carrier

RAINE INC ships packages via the United States Postal Service and Fed Ex. All orders that are shipped via USPS Priority Mail can take about 3-5 business days to deliver within the USA. Using the USPS ensures that your package gets to you in the shortest time possible at the lowest cost. You may contact RAINE INC. if another shipping method is needed.

Costs And Handling for International Shipments

International shipments may have additional duties, brokerage fees, and taxes owed from customs upon arrival. The customer is responsible for covering all costs associated with an order shipment. RAINE INC. cannot calculate all customs costs for each country due to many fees changing and being only available upon the arrival of a shipment. Upon ordering from RAINE INC. you assume responsibility for international shipping costs and all fees associated with the shipment.

When Will My Order Ship?

The RAINE shipping team makes every attempt to ship all orders as soon as possible. Orders will ship within 1 business day in most cases.

Free Package Tracking

RAINE will provide delivery confirmation tracking information, free of charge with every order. You will receive an email when your order ships containing your delivery confirmation tracking information along with a link to the tracking page for the USPS service.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, You must return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase.
Exceptions are made for manufacturer defects in a product.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Items that have been damaged or altered cannot be accepted for returns. RAINE INC. must review any returns for approval.


If your item is in “like new” condition, you may exchange item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. RAINE INC cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost in transit. Please note that the USPS Priority Mail does not offer tracking capabilities for packages, and they will only initiate a trace on packages after a 30 day waiting period.
