Measured from the center of the male TUBES™ tube to the end of the back Hook/Loop tab:

Medium (≈37"–45" waist): 16.75" — includes 2 laminate 5.56 magazine cells.
Large (≈43"–51" waist): 19.75" — includes 3 laminate 5.56 magazine cells.

The Grid – Spiritus LV-119 Adapter

Spiritus Systems LV-119 users: The Grid by V•XV Concepts is a loop overlay adapter designed to fit directly over the LV-119's established grid attachment system. Made of Squadron Laminate and Milspec loop, it lets you run any Raine Tactical cummerbund on your LV-119. Sold in Black only.

This cummerbund works with any plate carrier that has a First Spear TUBES™ front attachment point and Hook/Loop rear attachment. It is designed for and tested with all RTG plate carriers. For the Spiritus Systems LV-119, add The Grid adapter (option above).

Medium fits approximately 37"–45" waist. Large fits approximately 43"–51" waist. If you are between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit or size down for a tighter, more secure fit. Download the sizing chart above for detailed measurements.

Only if you use a Spiritus Systems LV-119 plate carrier. If you use an RTG plate carrier or any other carrier with standard TUBES™ front attachment and Hook/Loop rear, select "Not Needed."

Love that it stretches so it fits no matter what I wear under it. The mag pouches are perfect to carry a radio. Wouldn't want to carry mags in it though because they sit too high up for me to reach comfortably. Happy I bought this instead of the Spiritus cummerbund when I was piecing it together.
